Honey Badgers for Justice are regular people who are also lawyers.

Ben Wells and Josh Trumbull have created a lawyers Guild where they train lawyers who truly want to learn the skills associated with trying cases to juries on behalf of injured people. In order to be accepted into the guild, you must fill out an application. It will be reviewed and the guild will get back to you with their decision. The Honey Badgers are a guild of elite trial lawyers who continually wish to improve their skills in the courtroom to better strive for justice. Justice for one is justice for the entire community—the Honey Badgers reserve the right to terminate any member at any time for any reason. In applying to become a Honey Badger, I understand that I cannot do any defense work. I understand that everything that is said and taught in Honey Badger's workshops or written in emails or posts is confidential to the Guild.
